# US Immigration Policy ## Background ### History - This US Immigration Policy was originally drafted on 2026.07.03 as I was working on the Background for the [[Foreigners_in_America_Study]] - Later, it seemed better as a standalone note and has gone through several revisions ### Overview - For generations, various peoples would show up on our shores begging to come in. Their intention was to assimilate as fully as possible and become Americans. However, for the last few generations, many / most that have entered our country whether legally or illegally have NO intention of assimilating. Some are even advocating the overthrow of our constitution. - This policy statement is not about foreigner-misia, but rather demands foreigners respect our constitution, our culture and our people! ## Policy Statement ### Overview - Foreign visitors are generally welcome here. However, there are lots of restrictions #### Categories - There are four foreigner visitor categories - Diplomats - Temporary - Short-term workers - Tourist - 90-day visa - No lifetime limit - Invader - Assimilant #### Entry Doors - "Front-Door" - The only LEGAL way to enter this country - "Back-Door" - Any other means of entering, all of which are ILLEGAL ### Policy Discussion #### Entry Doors ##### Front Door - There shall be specific processes defined for legally entering the US - Following these processes qualifies as the "front-door" - Extensive bio-metrics shall be used to fully identify each visitor ##### Back Door - ANY attempt to enter the US by any means other than the front door is deemed the "back door" - Remaining in the US on an expired visa is deemed a retroactive "back door" entry #### Assimilant Judges - The Judiciary Branch shall establish a cadre of Assimilant Judges - These judges shall rule on any individual extenuating circumstances to this policy - There shall be one level of appeal to a panel of three assimilant judges. There shall be no appeal outside the Assimilant Department - Assimilant Judges shall have a 10-year maximum lifetime term limit #### Birth-Right Citizenship - The right to be a natural-born citizen shall ONLY be extended to children born to a mother with a valid Assimilant visa at the time of the birth - The physical location of the birth is not a factor in this determination - All other children born in the US to foreigners shall be issued a 90-day tourist visa #### Foreigner Visitor Categories ##### Diplomat Category - This policy makes no changes to the current State Department policy ##### Temporary Category - There are two subcategories of temporary visitors ###### Short-Term Workers - Short-term workers may be allowed to work in the US with the following restrictions - Visas - 180-day visas - a worker must leave the US for at least 14 days before returning on a new visa - 1800-day lifetime limit - lifetime limit on the total days in the US on a short-term worker visa - Financial Responsibility - The employer sponsoring the worker - Is financially responsible for the worker - Must provide health care insurance for the foreigner - Must post a bond with the US sufficient to repatriate the foreigner - Must indemnify the US government for any and all expenses to include but not limited to: - Assimilant judicial actions - Criminal actions - Civil lawsuits - ICE expenses ###### Tourist - Fully vetted and approved foreigners may visit the US on a tourist visa - Each tourist visa is valid for 90-days - A visitor on a tourist visa must leave the US for at least 14 days before returning on a new visa ##### Invader - Any foreigner who attempts to enter the US by any means other than the approved "front-door" shall be deemed a military combatant regardless of age to include newborns - All legal action with regard to an Invader shall be handled by military tribunals with NO appeal to the US citizen legal system - Deportation with prejudice - In this context means the individual has forfeited forever any possible means of entering the US on any visa to include diplomatic visas - Offsite military prison - Such prisons include: - Guantanamo - El Salvidor - If the tribunal determines the individual did in fact enter the US illegally, the ONLY options available to the court shall be: - Immediate deportation with prejudice - Sentenced to a period of time in an Offsite Military Prison then deportation with prejudice - Public execution - Reserved for spies, terrorists and foreign military leaders executing operations within the US ##### Assimilant ###### General Overview - The assimilant visa is the ONLY pathway to citizenship for non-natural-born citizens - An individual who has been naturalized through the assimilant visa is expected to fully integrate into the American culture - A naturalized assimilant may be denaturalized and deported with prejudice for actions against the US constitution - Permanent residency status eliminated. For those who have been in the US legally as a permanent resident prior to the start of this plan - Have 180 days to submit an Assimilant Application or self-deport - Failure to submit the required application or self-deport will result in deportation with prejudice ###### General Citizenship Requirements - Must enter the US via the "front door" on an Assimilant Visa - The assimilant Visa is only valid for 5-years with NO renewal. - All citizenship requirements must be completed within the 5-year period. - Failure to complete the requirements is an indication of a person we do NOT want in the US and shall be deported - Any foreigner who does not want to assimilate should self-deport prior to the visa expiration.
