# Oracle of Bud -- Cruel & Unusual Punishment ## 2026.10.07 ### Background - The Eighth amendment to the US Constitution states: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. ### Notes - In keeping with the other Oracles of Bud (OOB) , I believe the following prediction will come true sometime before Jesus comes back: - A future president & congress will radically modify the Constitution or do away with it completely. Consequently, among other things: - Criminal punishment will change significantly - Torturous punishment will prevail - Such inhumane treatment will primarily be reserved for Christians and Jews - The other OOBs may be found on my website at: https://www.tenminas.net/home#Oracles+of+Bud
