# Matthew 25.14-30 2014.03.27 - Context--The Parable of the Talents - Speaker - Jesus - Audience - Disciples - Message - Jesus is continuing His discussion about the Kingdom of Heaven.  - However, Kingdom (G0932) does NOT appear in the Greek.  - Most of the translations start this parable something like, "For IT is ...".  It seems obvious that "IT" refers to the Kingdom of Heaven.  - The MSG is the only translation that actually uses the phrase. - See also [[J-2015.08.13]]
