# 10 Commandments List
- This document is a short list of the 10-C's.
- The list is not shortened, just the descriptive language. This list is similar to what is seen on posters and monuments.
- Here's the 10-C's:
1. Shall not have any other gods before Me {3}
2. Shall not make any idols nor worship them {4-6}
3. Shall not take Lord's name in vain {7}
4. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. {8-11}
5. Honor your father and mother {12}
6. Shall not murder. {13}
7. Shall not commit adultery {14}
8. Shall not steal {15}
9. Shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. {16}
10. Shall not covet your neighbor's stuff {17}
